Diligent SEUers: study notes during the epidemic

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, most universities and schools in China have turned to online teaching this semester. Online learning can be a great challenge for learners, as the lack of face-to-face communication and supervision might result in a low level of motivation and commitment. However, students in Southeast University have embraced the challenge and remained diligent in their online learning activities, which can be demonstrated by the various study notes below. Product Design

The outbreak brings limitations to our activities, but it also gives us a brand-new online learning experience. Although we are far away from each other, group chat and microphone connection bring us together. Whatever condition we are in, we strive together and we fight together.

I have been learning how to use new drawing software constantly, reading architecture books and drawing one or two sketches weekly. Although I am far away from school, I enjoy the process of self-enrichment.

Medical Science

Professional courses are open this semester and practice cannot be performed, which have brought about huge difficulties to my study. The knowledge of systematic anatomy is very trivial, so I map the knowledge to help me memorize.

There is no doubt that online class features some limitations compared with the traditional one, but it also stimulates more independent learning, which is of great usefulness and can help us improve the quality of learning.

I prepared a lot of books at home for study at home and fight for 2020. Extraordinarily long holiday tests the will of people, but I believe that the will cannot be shaken by the outbreak. And learning with a common heart can be a lot of pleasure.

Advanced Mathematics

Despite of staying at home all day long, we have to move on with our life. It is our role to make the same effort to study and work no matter at school or at home. Only in this way, can our life be on the original track.

There are thousands of ways to take notes, but what really matters is between the lines. Through these tangible notes, the intangible school spirit of “rigor, truthfulness, unity and diligence” and the school motto of “striving for perfection” are passed down from generation to generation.
